Healing Alternatives offers a 60-90 day money back guarantee on online marked products that are not helping with your pain/stress/anxiety management. We require you to use the product for at least 60 days each day to give it the chance to take effect. We also ask you to contact us to see if we can help in any way to make our products more effective. If we can’t help, then you must return the product before 90 days from the date of purchase. Products that have been physically damaged are not eligible for this offer.
Under ACCC guidelines we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else or decided you did not like the purchase. If you misused a product in any way that caused the problem or knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Under consumer law, if the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.
You should expect to hear from Healing Alternatives within 3 working days of receiving your return with the outcome of the inspection or to request further information.
